"I'm CHAMP, the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders' Mascot. I joined the team on July 6th, 2007 and the Yankees and have started every home game since. From that point, I've been the hardest working RailRider in the farm system."
"I continuously work to make it to the big club, and I wear #13 now in honor of our inaugural season as the RailRiders in 2013. I always get beat on the dance floor by umpires and am always completely defeated in tug of war, but I manage to continue to practice my skills."
"I'm the most accurate T-Shirt Launcher in the country, and I stick to the motto of, "Practice Makes Perfect." I will be at PNC Field until the NY Yankees call me up, but until then, come and enjoy watching me evolve into the BIGGEST name in Yankees history."
CHAMP doesn’t like to pick favorites; he loves all the Yankees! But he is especially fond of any Yankee that has spent time with us here in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
