Orbit is the mascot for the Albuquerque Isotopes. They play in the Pacific CoastLeague and are an affiliate of the Colorado Rockies. They are located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and play their home games at Isotopes Park,

His first appearance was on Isotopes Inaugural Season, Open House April 1, 2003. He is big, furry orange with the floppy ears, a hefty belly, and a colorful antennae.Whether it’s on the field or walking around the stadium, you definitely can’t miss him! Orbit is also usually surrounded by fans of all ages, who love to give him a high-five or a hug.

Orbit was always a huge baseball fan, but given his girth- he was always too clumsy to play the game. Instead, his good friends with the Isotopes offered Orbit the role as cheerleader and biggest fan. Now he entertains fans with charisma, charm, mischievous antics and phenomenal dance moves.

Even though Orbit loves the ballpark, he loves getting out to the community. He can be spotted all over Albuquerque throughout the year at various community events. Orbit has attended birthday parties, school assemblies, parades, little league ceremonies, holiday parties, recliner races, grand opening celebrations, charity walks, library programs, and golf tournaments. Having Orbit at your event is sure to bring lots of smiles and great memories!
